Real Estate Assistant 

As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting daily real estate operations, client communications, and transaction processes. You will work collaboratively with the agent or team to ensure smooth administrative workflow, maintain organized documentation, and deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing journey.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist with preparation, review, and organization of real estate documents, contracts, and disclosures● Coordinate appointments, showings, inspections, and client meetings● Maintain accurate transaction files and manage deadlines for active contracts● Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, inspectors, title companies, and vendors● Manage CRM updates, lead follow-up, and client nurturing pipelines● Support marketing activities including listing preparation, social media updates, and open house coordination● Maintain office and digital filing systems with accurate documentation● Provide general administrative support to the lead agent and real estate team

Requirements

Schedule and Shift Details

● Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours based on client and transaction needs.● Flexibility required during peak real estate seasons and closing periods.

Travel

● Assistant may be required to travel locally for tasks such as property showings, signage placement, inspections, and client meetings as needed.
