Requirements
Key Responsibilities ● Manage customer flow throughout the clinic ● Assist providers in the management and treatment of customers ● Perform clinical and clerical tasks to assist with customer flow ● Give immunizations, injections, and other medications as directed by the provider ● Perform laboratory specimen collection as needed ● Provide telephone support and facilitate communication between customers and providers ● Assist with prescription refills and perform x-ray duties if qualified ● Provide front desk/check-in support and order/stock supplies ● Maintain skill proficiency and upgrade any additional or new skills as needed
