About the Role
The Client Coordinator is responsible for overseeing an organization’s client services, ensuring a valuable and structured experience for clients while meeting the client's needs. This role requires strong leadership abilities to manage recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, and performance tracking of interns. The ideal candidate has experience in program coordination, talent development, and mentorship, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Lead the development and execution of client services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate recruitment, selection, and referral of clients to various departments.
Maintain accurate records of client services, identifiable information, and progress documentation.
Develop policies and procedures to enhance the client experience.
Recruitment & On-boarding:
Partner with universities, career centers, and community organizations to attract top intern candidates to serve the clients.
Manage the matching and selection process, ensuring a diverse and skilled intern pool with clients.
Oversee the on-boarding process, including orientation sessions and training materials.
Client Engagement & Development:
Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and support to clients.
Organize professional development workshops, networking events, and team-building activities.
Monitor client performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance growth.
Address client concerns and ensure a positive and inclusive program environment.
Communication & Reporting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for interns and internal stakeholders.
Prepare reports on internship program success, feedback, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with department managers to assess client experience and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
Leadership Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or program coordination role, preferably in talent development, education, HR, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software, internship tracking systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and mentor interns effectively.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Ability to assess challenges and implement solutions to enhance the intern experience.
Teamwork: Experience working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment & Schedule:
Full-time or part-time position with occasional evening or weekend events.
Hybrid or remote work options may be available, depending on the organization.
