Overview
The Million Dollar Developer Pitch Competition by Melanin Valley is a global platform designed to identify, fund, and scale high-impact real estate and infrastructure projects that integrate energy efficiency, sustainability, and next-generation building technologies. Selected winners may receive up to $15 million in project funding for developments that incorporate Melanin Valley’s approved energy efficiency systems into their project designs.
